哈佛中国教育论坛对话实践者：校友交流会
本次校友分享会将于2023年3月23-24日在线上举行。我们计划邀请哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、哥伦比亚大学、宾夕法尼亚大学等知名美国高校的教育专业毕业生开展校友分享会，为求职者们提供求职的技能和知识准备，并链接其初入职场的人脉。经过组委会初步筛选，将有千余位求职者参与校友分享会，向已步入职场的学长学姐们取经。
在教育类行业的基础上，本校友分享会也将触及非传统教育企业对教育类背景学生的职业需求， 包括但不限于金融、咨询与科技行业。我们还将划分不同领域和行业，并进行多场职业交流分享会。来自各行各业的校友将帮助求职者们建立职场人脉，获取不同行业的一线信息。
On March 23rd and 24th, we will invite alumni from Harvard University, Stanford University, Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, and other prestigious U.S. higher education institutions to share insights of their career journeys, providing participants with new perspectives and opportunities as they pursue their own career search upon graduation. After an initial screening by our Executive Committee, over a thousand graduates from the field of education as well as individuals seeking a career in education will attend the alumni networking sessions to gain insights from alumni working in the education sector.
In addition, alumni working in non-education industries, including but not limited to finance, management consulting, and technology, will also share their professional experiences, providing job seekers with networking opportunities and chances to explore various career paths. By hearing from alumni working in different industries, our participants will develop a better understanding of their intended professions and expand their network as they step into their post-graduation journeys.
